Trans Health Program Newsletter: March 26, 2025

Welcome to the Trans Health Program Newsletter! This issue includes resources for getting involved in community, TDOV events happening in and near Boston, and ways to support our work!

As we honor Trans Day of Visibility this month (Monday, March 31st), we celebrate the resilience, beauty, and strength of our community. This day serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of seeing and uplifting each other. It’s a chance to amplify the voices and stories of trans individuals, while also reflecting on the work still needed to ensure that trans and gender diverse people are respected and have access to affirming and quality healthcare.

In this spirit, let’s continue to show up for one another—whether through small acts of kindness, listening, or advocating for the change we deserve. By standing together, we can create resilient communities where everyone has the freedom to live authentically and without fear.

“… we have a culture, we have a history, we have a reason to be here. We have a purpose. We’re entitled to be loved, and seek happiness, and share that with the people that we care about.”

Fenway Health Leadership Message

Arianna Boulin Headshot

Fenway Health stands with our community, in these challenging times and in the vibrant, thriving times we are collectively creating. Our bonds are forged in the sacred commitment to protect our shared light and nurture our collective resilience, especially as our fundamental right to healthcare faces threats. Together, we stand united in our resolve to safeguard the essential healthcare that sustains us while actively cultivating a future where every individual is seen, deeply valued and genuinely empowered.

Within our Fenway Health community, every voice resonates with purpose and power. We honor the understanding that each of us carries the irreplaceable beauty of our lived experiences, a tapestry of wisdom that strengthens us all. In this critical moment, we embrace the profound responsibility to shield one another, ensuring that no light dims in the shadow of adversity. We are committed to surrounding ourselves with a bold, unapologetic vision for the future, one defined by radical equity and transformative justice. Through intentional practice, we create sacred spaces where the healing power of our shared narratives can flourish and illuminate new possibilities.

Our trans youth deserve nothing less than to see themselves authentically reflected in the stories we amplify and the leaders we celebrate. Representation is essential to survival and growth. Through deliberate inclusion and fierce advocacy, we create pathways for our youth to witness and internalize visions of success, resilience, and brilliance that mirror their own potential. We dedicate ourselves to illuminating paths toward empowerment, affirming for every young person that they are seen in their fullness, deserving of comprehensive, affirming healthcare, and inherently capable of achieving greatness beyond measure.

In this critical moment when our rights face opposition from policies designed to undermine our well-being, our unity becomes our greatest strength. Our commitment at Fenway Health is to protect our rights, maintain our community values, and work collectively toward a future where justice flows like water and every light shines.

Let us stand together in solidarity, uplift one another with intention, and build a tomorrow defined by empathy, compassion, equity, and hope. The future we envision is already taking shape through our collective action and unbreakable community bonds.
