After completing your registration form, you will receive an email from the Fenway Health Insemination Program within 1-3 weeks sharing more information about orientation payment. At that time, you will also receive a separate email sent from Square with a $50 invoice that can be paid electronically. Once payment is received, your registration will be confirmed.
